Internet infrastruture

Yeah, this is why netflix's argurment of "your datacaps are too small" I always thought of as a cop out. If we can deal with our current data caps and bittorrent the hell out of tv, then we'd deal with it with a legal source.

No the problem is distribution rights. Getting the movie companies signed up to an agreement for NZ (when a we're so small, and b, sky generally has it locked up).
