| 16221 | 2001-07-29 09:53:00 | For some reason I can no longer print the body of my e-mails - all I get is the header text and not the body of the text - I am using OE5, and printing to an Epson 460. I have re-installed my printer software and OE5 to no avail. I notice that the Print Frames option of the print box is greyed out and cannot activate it - Any help would be appreciated. |

I am using IE 5.5 and OE 5 already - As the fault appeared after my printer was taken off line for repair, I'm wondering if the fault is in the printer set-up, although nothing was changed (the printer was unhooked, repaired and rehooked with no software alterations).
