| 16206 | 2001-07-29 03:59:00 | I am considering getting a fast internet connection.I am not sure to get Jetstart connection or the ultra Ihug connection.Any suggestions? And if I use Ultra can I recieve phone calls when I am downloading. |

| 16207 | 2001-07-29 09:37:00 | From what i have been told by friends the ihug system uses your phone line to upload, and is no good for gaming as the ping times make a modem look good. I haven't heard anything bad about DSL(jetstream) apart from the cost. |

| 16208 | 2001-07-30 01:07:00 | I've got jet stream at home and I'm very happy with it. Very Fast!! However it does cost. I'm on the 400mb plan and its about $100.00 a month you also have the installation cost to pay, about $300.00 if I remember. The only problem I have with Jetstream is that you are limited to your download plan. Once I have downloaded 400mb for the month any extra is charged at 0.20 per mb. Jetstart is cheaper and you have unlimited downloads however not as fast. I have heard that they are going to speed up Jetstart very soon so that could be an option. You could also look at walker wireless as another option for high speed connection. |
