| 16423 | 2001-08-03 23:59:00 | Deskjet 720C has suddenly started printing very slow,had been working fine, now its like 1 page per half hour! I have deleted all temp files, run scan disk, defrag, and downloaded and installed new driver, ver 10.3 from HP. Problem started when I printed a page from the WWW and the default printer showed as my fax program and not the deskJet Machine is Athalon 650 256 MbRAM, Win ME, 20Gb HDD. |

| 16424 | 2001-08-04 00:03:00 | Hate to point out the obvious, but have you done a virus scan? If this isn't the problem try your printer on onother PC. If its OK then your PC needs some attention, like a clean install of windoz!! |

| 16425 | 2001-08-04 03:50:00 | Hate to point out something even more obviour :-), but have you checked the quality settings, printing in the highest quality will take ages. Unless you are using special paper you probably dont need higher than 360dpi. Microweave will slow things down a lot as well. | Guest (0) | ||

| 16427 | 2001-08-07 12:16:00 | i had the same problem before what i did was i checked the communication between my comp and printer then i checked the default printer here's how to do it go to 'my computer' then the 'printers' folder then i right clicked on my printer and set it as default then i restarted my computer and my printer!!!!! then it was fixed |
