If you have Windows 9x the European 'E' symbol can be found inside the 'SYMBOLS TT' collection [shortcut key being: Alt + 0207]. There are several ways to access this. Here is just one of the methods: Go - Start > Programmes > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map > select 'Symbol' from the drop down font choice > click on your choice of symbol > click 'select' > click Close. Your choice will have been saved to the clip-board: place your cursor in the document where the symbol is required and then 'paste'. Cheers!!! e_ |
