| 16444 | 2001-08-04 06:40:00 | I backed up a friends Outlook Express folders and they are in mbx, idx, and nch formats. I am not sure what version of O.E. he had. I am now trying to import them into Outlook Express 5.5 and I get ann error message saying no messages found or another program is using them. How do I recover these messages. | 16445 | 2001-08-05 08:39:00 | Hi Peter, it looks like your friend was using OE 4.0 and there are several known problems trying to restore to OE 5.x. I suggest you go to search.support.microsoft.com and search for and read (maybe print for reference) Q188854, Q231796, and Q234061. I think these will help. Regards PC |
