| 16538 | 2001-08-06 01:46:00 | After a powerfailure while shutting down Windows 95 I now get an error message every time I start Windows. The message is 'res://ie4tour.dll/welcome.htm' followed by 'Cannot find server Microsoft Internet Explorer'. I can close the message and everything is fine. It appears that Windows is trying to execute IE4 every time it loads. This is despite the fact that I am running IE5.Presumeably there is a problem in the registery somewhere?? Any suggestions? |
