| 16883 | 2001-08-12 06:06:00 | ie does not function in win98se,despite rebooting attempts, its icon is present,on the desktop, but not on the taskbar.repeated attempts to download and run the app from pc world cds or ms downloads has resulted in failure. when dclicking on the desk- top icon,i get a dialog box display saying,i need theiexplore.exe file.i am thus far unable to secure this from ms downloads.does anybody have any way to fix this problem? |
