| 17005 | 2001-08-14 21:49:00 | I have just re-installed win 2000 prof. and Office 97. Access denies me access to the program. Message says it is not registered on my machine. I had this problem once before but managed to circumvent it. Not now though. I am the only one using the machine and no, it's not pirated software. I have used Access for years with 98. To those who tried to help me with non-operative webcam drivers. I solved the problem by getting a Quickcam. Perfect. Dot |

Solution is: 1] temporary rename hatten.ttf (found in c:\windows\fonts)to hatten.xxx 2] Go to Control Panel>Add/remove Programs and from the list choose MSOffice 97, then click Add/Remove... button (you will need Office CD placed in a drive) 3] In the first setup prompt tell to reinstall 4] After setup completes, rename the above mentioned font back to hatten.ttf That should have fixed the problem. Cheers |
