| 16979 | 2001-08-14 10:10:00 | Every time I download, either thru' internet or CD ROM, and the install window appears I have an in-your-face flashing window that wont let me open or shut anything and the only way to fix this is to reboot. P***ing me off big time!!! Any idea why and how to fix? Running Windows 98 se 667mhz 120 ram 40 Gb Reinstalled after system crash. Major pain!!!! |

The installation window arrives after download but instead of remaining static so that I can see it's progress it starts flashing,i.e. it's there then it's not and so on and so on.I can't open start to shut down when this is happening because as quick as it opens it closes.
