| 16957 | 2001-08-14 02:04:00 | When I select, 'view as list' in my folders, they eventually revert to large icons. Sometimes this can take between a day and a week but they always do it eventually. I have selected remember view, in my view options, and I have updated win98. I don't want all of my folders to have 'view as list' only selected folders. | Guest (0) | ||
| 16958 | 2001-08-14 05:08:00 | W98 has a 'stack' to remember folder settings. As new folders are opened, any in the list past the maximum number drop off, and the setting is lost. The only way to make them stick on a per-folder basis is to select the folder in Windows Explorer or IE, and select 'Customise this folder' from the View menu. If you don't have an html editor this is difficult, and to do each is a pain. You can set up one or more templates to set them in groups. | Guest (0) | ||
