| 17269 | 2001-08-20 10:56:00 | By default it will warn you after a month, which is a problem as the updates are updated every month. So it can give you the warning just before they release the update. Or it may be set to two weeks which sounds more likley. Start InoculateIT, goto options, program, reporting tab, click 'Configure out of date warning' and set it to somthing higher than a month. |

After completion of the download when trying to run the file if you received an error stating that file is corrupted you will have to download the file again until successful. Cause of this is usually a connection speed and we would advise you to try at the time when there is not so many users accessing the Internet. If you do not wish to begin installation at this time you can initiate the installation later by double-clicking on the file that you just downloaded to your Desktop. During product setup/installation you'll be asked to enter a License Key/Serial No. This information you should have received earlier after registration of the product. Note: For problems such as speed interruptions non-complete file downloads acquiring knowledge on Internet usage and other problems accessing the net you should contact your Internet Service Provider.
