| 17184 | 2001-08-18 08:47:00 | Hi, my friend and i would like to see each other while we talk. They have version 3.01 but we have version 3.0. The problem is they have a camera and we don't ... still we should be able to see each other... but however they can see themselves happily but we can't. Do we need to update our software or adjust any settings and how? Thanks |

Net Meeting now works using MSN Messenger contact lists, so call each other and invite to start a netmeeting session using MSN Messenger. Ensure that you are set to receive video at the start of the call (tools / options / video tab), and they have clicked the triangle shaped play button to start the camera. I find that disabling ZoneAlarm helps too, if you have it. This page also has hints and advice. http://www.netmeet.net/ Matt |
