17355	2001-08-21 10:31:00	we delete the file kak.htm, but whenever we restart the computer it comes back and we get an error saying 'driver memory error' then a messsage saying windows can't import kak.reg into the registry. We are running WIN 98 and Outlook Express 5. The file is in C:\WINDOWS and the registry entry is in outlook express signatures folder.	Guest (0)

17357	2001-08-22 05:38:00	Symantec's recommended actions to take are: 1. Delete all files detected as kakworm, kakworm.dr, etc. 2. Restart the computer in Safe Mode. 3. Enable show all files. 4. Find and delete the kak.*, *.kak, and *.hta files. 5. Remove the worm entry from the Autoexec.bat file. 6. Remove the worm entry from the registry. 7. Disable or uninstall the Windows Scripting host. 8. Delete infected files from Quarantine. 9. Clear deleted items folder. 10. Install the Microsoft patch. 11.
