17329	2001-08-21 04:31:00	Hi all I have just reloaded Windows 98SE and videio card drivers onto a machine. When Windows starts, on the desk top I am getting a dialog bax that says 'Problem with Shortcut. The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'restart_vs.lnk' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resouce is available, and then try again' Any ideas? It says it every time it starts or restarts with or without the CD(s) being in the CD Drive. Any and all help greatly appreciated. Cheers.	Guest (0)
17330	2001-08-21 08:54:00	One of the apps you installed mangled its path, have a look in Start-Programs-Startup for any broken links (be clicking on them). Failing that run MSCONFIG, and look for any items that have invalid paths. You can copy and paste the command line into Run to test them.	Guest (0)
