17529	2001-08-24 10:55:00	Just recently I have been unable to use the address hyperlinks within e-mail to initiate a new message. I get a message 'Windows cannot find PROGRAM.exe which it needs to . . .'. When I press cancel on that box another comes up saying 'Cannot perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed'. I re-installed the same edition of Internet Explorer 5.5 (I'm told that OE is bundled in there - hope thats correct). But that has made no difference. Can anyone make any helpful suggestion about what has happened and what I can do about it please? I had installed and tried out both Netscape 4.77 and Opera 5and this problem arose after I had uninstalled those two programmes.	Guest (0)
17530	2001-08-24 11:12:00	open the internet options control panel, goto the Programs tab, and check that outlook express is set as defaults in news and mail. Its a pitty you went back to IE.	Guest (0)
