| 17493 | 2001-08-23 10:24:00 | I recently installed Office 2000 SP1 & 2 but forgot to shut down the shortcut bar before doing so. Now it appears that ALL my shortcuts on the shortcut bar seem to point to the last programme I accessed from the bar. Repairing the install hasn't worked - am I going to have to reinstall the whole suite again or is there some other way to fix it? cheers John |

I didn't use to like the shortcut bar until I decided to throw most of my most used apps on to it under different tabs, graphics, webdesign, office oh and games etc. and restricted it to the title bar - I found it fast and fairly unobtrusive and I had less icons cluttering my desktop. Anyone else care to have a go? thanks John |
