| 17527 | 2001-08-24 11:50:00 | i have a home computer withy win98 2nd edition when i restart my computer it will not find the keyboard or mouse but if i shut down and start up it will work ok i have installed all latest patches /critical stuff from microsoft, any ideas please |

| 17528 | 2001-08-24 13:53:00 | What kind of keyboard do you use, PS/2 or USB? If its USB I have one guess that might work, although I myselft have managed to avoid them so far. In the bios, try turning on/off USB keyboard support. When it is on the bios will setup the keyboard, otherwise its left to the OS to handle and it sounds like windows is broken. |
