| 1277484 | 2012-05-26 09:30:00 | all 3 laptops that are connected to this printer can no longer see it the status icon on all three is greyed out, showing it as offline the desktop is connected via usb and can print fine. i have reinstalled the printer suite after uninstalling and rebooting but no-go, still says its offline im not sure how to go proceed at this point, has been working fine previously any help appreciated. |
