1255521 2012-01-22 20:43:00 Sweep set up a card for me some time ago, I can't get it to appear in a form to print out, that is I can only get one pic instead of 8.

This on publisher.

Thanks lads.

1255522 2012-01-22 20:49:00 What size is the card? You should be able to step it 4 by 2. Not sure when it comes to publisher.
Edit, you should be able to get 10up on an A4 sheet as long as there is not much bleed

Thanks Plod, the question is, how to make it appear as 6 or 8 on page, all the stuff on publisher that I can see omits telling me how.

I would like to duplicate an image on the page like a business card
layout but I want to step and repeat the image a number of times in a
specific orientation and pitch .

In a specific (same) orientation and pitch, or different orientations and
pitches each time .

If it's the same configuration, you can use Ctrl+Shift+Drag to create a
single row, then use Arrange > Align or Distribute > Distribute Horizontally
to space them evenly, then group; then use Ctrl+Shift+Drag to duplicate the
rows, and use Arrange > Align or Distribute > Distribute Vertically to space
the rows evenly, then ungroup .

If it's different orientations and pitches, then you will need to customize
the configuration picture-by-picture, or to write a macro to automate the
process for you .

You tell it how you want it printed in the print dialogs.
