which is about 85% of the time (made up statistic ;) )
I will generally get .24 Mbs down and .12 up with a 140-280 ms ping.
This is with a 11m high external yagi pointing at Mt Rochfort near Westport
some 65 km from me and with a Rata covered hill in the way, so I
think when it won't connect it is because I'm not getting skip.

But then I'm as marginal as you can get really in this regard.

I thought you were replacing the broken string with fishing braid for more speed

The ones down our way keep getting run over, they arent as clever as the ones who have learned to paint zebra crossings on the road :)
Try the NZ Falcon for express delivery, hes a pretty fast beasty :)
