| 17655 | 2001-08-26 11:11:00 | I recently recieved an email from a friend that had the win32 magistr virus above in it. Unfortunately i deviated form my normal practise and opened this damn thing. Nothing happened but now it is obviously using outlook express to get to other users in my address book. What is it and how do i get rid of it.? can some one help please. |

Magistr,a virus/worm can overwrite the hard drive and overwrite the Bios 30 days after infection. It sends it's self to others from your address book. Notify anyone who may have got it.
