I can not see or hear my video and audio clips. I am using RealPlayer(Basic)and it shows that the system loads the videos or audio clips and is playing but their is no sound or picture. The speakers do have power to them. What would be the steps that I would need to take to start to troubleshooting this problem?

Sounds like a codec problem. If yours is an old version of RP try uninstalling & upgrading with the latest RealPlayer 8 Basic, available from the latest pcworld cd or from the Real.com website. |
