17890	2001-08-31 10:29:00	I am having a problem with icq, it won't start. I've tried re-installing it and that didn't work, also tried un-installing then re-installing and that didn't work either. Here are the specific details: ICQ caused an invalid page fault in module MFC42.DLL at 017f:5f41203a.
