18117	2001-09-03 20:17:00	Doesn't look good, Sergio. I would be very surprised if you could get it back at all. PST files are not a lot of fun. Exchange does help, but without it you may be stuffed. Search under help for 'recover deleted items' and see what it says.	Guest (0)

As a matter of interest, we hear of warnings of how emails are never lost and can be traced etc. If that is the case then how come they can not be recovered if deleted and the folder cleaned. (with the exception of exchange perhaps) Or, is some of that stuff a bit of bluff?? Sergio	Guest (0)
