17976 2001-09-01 22:52:00 I spent hours downloading this program and have been unable to open it. All I get is the 'illegal operation' message.

I have Windows 98

Compare the file sizes to make sure you got a complete download.

Did you make sure to download the right version for your operating system?

17979 2001-09-02 05:54:00 Thanks Juha
looks like you;ve hit the nail on the head. the file is too small and the difference seems to be accounted for by the last two files on the list. Is it possible to download these and somehow incorporate them into the file I have or do I have to start again? If latter, I will have to take up Eric's suggestion and get the Dick Smith catalogue but was hoping to solve problem at desk.

17980 2001-09-04 11:29:00 StarOffice 5.2 is on the Oct 2000 PCW CD-ROM (coloured white if you have a stack of them).
