Perhaps the Webmaster could consider highlighting the text, in say, red: 'To help us, give your message a descriptive title, and try and be as clear and concise as possible. However, OS version and a few salient points surrounding the problem do help. 'it doesn't work' is a little vague. Specific error messages don't hurt. Rob C |
