18226 2001-09-05 22:45:00 whenever i use a SUMIF formula the result doesnt register the cells to be summed ie T90:T97 will only register T90:T92 - why.
Also when i use the command =TODAY() in some areas it returns the date but in others it returns a number quite frustrating - Virus? if so what next

18227 2001-09-06 05:07:00 When you say 'register' do you mean the cells outlined when you click on the sumif formula in the formula bar?
The formula should return exactly the results from the ranges of cells entered.

=Today() returns a number, how this number appears on screen depends on the formatting of the cell.

18228 2001-09-06 08:27:00 Register- means the range in the formula doesnt sum as expressed in the formula.
Also the font will not change from the initial font used unless the font size is changed once changed back it reverts to the initial font.
sounds like some kind of virus
