I have just built a new pc with gigabyte GA-7dxr MB installed win ME system ok installed E-TECH PCI56rvp v80 modem new drivers for modem system loads brings up ME screen then goes blank wait nothing happens hit ctrl-alt-del box shows MSGSRV 32 not responding take modem out system ok modem ok as put back in old pc to send this thank you for your asistance |

Are they the correct winME drivers, winME needs WDM drivers. |
