18264 2001-09-06 02:15:00 When I Ctrl+Alt+Del I have the ususal 5 programs running after start up, but on 1 of my ME machines I have two other programs which are getting me worried...

LoadQm
HidServ

These stay loaded.

Most of my ME machines are identicle, running simmilar apps etc. There is nothing different in the add remove programs etc.

Nortons AV 2001 (with full up dates) scans have come up -ive to virus infestation.

I want to remove these programs from the Win start up sequence, they are not in the Start folder... How do I get rid of them.

Also, is there a way to find out what they do?
