| 18321 | 2001-09-07 00:29:00 | I was having trouble with my P.C so I deleted my scanner software to run it without the scanner for a couple of weeks.Now I have tried to reload software it is coming up with an I/O error caused by bad install media or corrpt install file.How can I fix this???????.The scanner software is for a Mustek 1200 the contents are TextbridgePRO,iphoto plus 1.2 and scanner driver for windows 3.1/95/98/nt4.0. hope there is enough info here Thankz | Guest (0) | ||
| 18322 | 2001-09-07 05:35:00 | Sounds like a faulty disk, or scratched cdrom. If the software is on disks, run scandisk on them. If its a cdrom, you may need to clean it. If you cant recover the programs, you will be able to atleast get the driver from the mustek homepage. |
