| 18610 | 2001-09-10 22:45:00 | Does anyone know how to remove items from this list. I have a number of duplicate entries and old programs that have been removed from my computer. I know how to switch items on and off (with the tick box) but how do I edit the list. Any help appreciated |

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run Items that you have already disabled using msconfig are moved to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\-Run HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\-Run Back up these entries first by exporting the selected key (File / Export). Delete any unwanted keys. |
