| 18591 | 2001-09-10 11:46:00 | Hi, When I click Tools:Encarta Online I get taken to encarta.msn.co.uk The page that loads is in German! There doesn't seem to be any option to change this that I can find. I have only set up Encarta tonight so this has never worked properly. I am using Encarta Encyclopedia Standard 2001 (World English Edition), Win98, IE5.5 on a PIII 550. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I would use MS help except that when I try and register I also get taken to a web page in German that seems to be complaining that I have cookies disabled, (as best I can guess what the German means). I do not have cookies disabled. (Have tried with option to accept both stored and temporary cookies). |

| 18593 | 2001-09-11 08:32:00 | This is the English language version, (Encarta Encyclopedia Standard 2001 (World English Edition)), as stated in my post. Just to clarify, the CD-Rom is in english. it is when I use the menu option to go on the web that it loads the German Encarta web page. | Guest (0) | ||
