18559	2001-09-10 07:05:00	Thank you to Ross Nixon for your reply to my query of yesterday-had a look in my SYSTEM.INI file, but can't find any reference to this. I'll repeat my query so that others can follow this. Thank you. 'Hoping you can help - I uninstalled & reinstalled the program by Powequest, 'Second Chance' because I thought it wasn't working properly. I bought this through 'Soft Solutions' online. Now when I start the computer, when it's loading Windows 95, it stops & says a device file is missing & I need to uninstall & reinstall the program - this I have done to no avail says it's c:\pqsc\program\sc.vxd Please can you help me, thank you.' 18560	2001-09-10 07:58:00	It is probably being called from somewhere in the registry. You can either run RegClean, and it should remove any references automatically. Or do it manually, by running REGEDIT and searching for and removing references to 'SC.VXD'.	Guest (0)
