| 18561 | 2001-09-10 04:02:00 | I have Windows ME on a new machine my Windows Explorer crashed and now all of my desktop icons look the same ! I had ThumbsPlus installed and now each icon looks like the Thumbs Plus one. I have tried setting up new shortcuts and even these come up with the Thumbs plus Thumb on them ! |

| 18562 | 2001-09-10 05:49:00 | Get a copy of TweakUI (from MS). Open it, goto Repear tab, and choose rebuild icons. If that doesn't work, then thumbs plus changed the icon associations. The easiest way to fix it will be to reinstall and change them back to default, then remove it. |

| 18563 | 2001-09-11 02:50:00 | Dear BM. Thankyou very much for you suggestion. I installed TweakUI and ran Repairs/Icons and it worked first time. Lucky I am fairly computer literate as the installation instructions for TweakUI are not very good. |
