18524 2001-09-09 22:37:00 Hi I have a friend who has a machine running win 98, 64Mb RAM, 166Mhz proccessor, 850Mb HDD connected to Inspire.net. I was looking round there machine and found the Sircam Worm in there registery. They have had error massages relating to it for about a month, 1 such as when i went to open system info under control panel it said that it required a program called Sir32.exe to run which must be a virus related message. I had the virus on my own pc and the patch removed it easy but my friends pc just crashed when the patch is run. Does anyone have any info for me or is the virus done tomuch damages. Guest (0)

Good luck, Rob Clarke
