| 18515 | 2001-09-09 22:07:00 | I'm using a Toshiba Satellite Pro 4200. Using it on batteries, the power ran down, so I closed down and left it to charge overnight. Fully charged, the laptop fails to start - the screen comes on but is blank. Indicators show the battery is fully charged, but the machine won't even start to boot up.
