| 18456 | 2001-09-09 01:17:00 | I use Apaptec easy cd creator. I have a CD recorder, I don't know the brand. I want to use the Mini CD's that are available. But my recorder or the program wont recognize them. Is this usual, or just the recorder that I have? What recorders do recognize mini discs (mini CD's, 30 minutes long) Thanks Graham Curtis |

| 18458 | 2001-09-10 03:24:00 | Does the tray on the drive have the smaller inner circle to hold the disk? Also does the drive work with 80min cds? Just a guess but it may use the higher density 80min style tracks. The drive shouldn't care how big the disk is for reading atleast (I've seen singles cut into triangle shapes). Another guess is the lens is sitting at the outer part of the disk, so it doesn't see the small disk. Try inserting an audio cd or something and playing some of the first track, then insert the small cd. |
