| 18545 | 2001-09-10 03:04:00 | After installing IE5.5 and the outlook express upgrade I can't fax my Word documents. The fax wizard did manage to send the fax in the past,(even if it did then stay active and try to use the phone ever few minutes until Word was closed). now at the completion of the wizard details, the software tries to find the recipient in the (windows?)address book wher my e-mail contacts are and the messages go to outlook express outbox. It seems outlook express has become the default fax program. Word is the office 97 version. I am using windows 95. MS outlook may have been involved with the fax wizard originally? |
