| 18730 | 2001-09-13 08:23:00 | It is a card that does all the decoding and takes the load off the CPU so you can surf as well as enjoy dvds on your tv it has SVHS outputs for video and audio output to home theatre etc dont need one unless you have a slow system or want to dub dvds etc, I reccommend the hollywood plus card myself does a great job with audio and video on my 400MHZ PC | Guest (0) | ||
