| 18666 | 2001-09-11 11:55:00 | With IE 4 could access University of Canterbury's webmail site www.webmail.canterbury.ac.nz but with IE 5.5 I keep on getting a message that site is unavailable. Have tried to have settings checked but that makes no difference. Have uninstalled IE 5.5 and re-installed IE 4 after which the site is again available. How do I fix 5.5. | Guest (0) | ||
| 18667 | 2001-09-14 23:27:00 | I believe this is a problem shared by many of the Universities web mail software. (I know Massey has the same issue as well). They are not supported in IE 5.5 Service release 1. The way around it is to use any other version of IE, IE4, IE6, or any other release of IE5.5 |
