| 18671 | 2001-09-11 23:09:00 | Without knowing the make of the machine, I suggest you get into the CMOS setup, usually F1 or Ctrl F10 on Compaq machines (should say on the screen). Go in there and turn off the memory test on startup and see if that helps. Might also be called POST (power on self test). Good luck, Rob |
