| 18768 | 2001-09-13 19:58:00 | When I double click outlook 2000 it loads but after about ten seconds it closes. Cant seem to get it to stay open so I can check email or write and send a email. HELP Regard Richie |

| 18769 | 2001-09-13 20:59:00 | Richie, are you getting any kind of error messages at all? If not, I would suggest you might want to remove and reinstall. This is a hassle if you have to do all of Office, but you might not have any choice. Are all other applications running properly? Rob C. |
