| 18831 | 2001-09-14 20:55:00 | Hi - I am about to purchase a Sony digital Camcorder & wonder if my 'Irfanview' graphics program, or my 'Power Point' for Windows 95. (running on my Win.98) version 7. have any manipulation abilities in them for photo picture capture from the camcorder tape into my computer? many thanks. Jim |

I currently use the GIMP (free from: www.gimp.org). The windows version is quite stable and I use it with my scanner, but its still not as good as the linux version. |
