| 18788 | 2001-09-14 01:50:00 | I have just purchased the latest PCWorld mag. I really enjoy it. The problem is that I went to download Nortons Utilities 2001 off the CD and the CD Rom does not read it (ie it stops and starts) and won't download because it does not run full time. So I tried all the PCWorld Plus CDs right from when they first came out as some we had used and some we had not. The results were from May 2000 - Dec/Jan 2001 and Aug 2001 all work fine. All the rest don't and I was wanting to know what the cause might be as other CDs not PCWorld ones work fine as well. I have also tested them on the CD-Rom on our other computer same thing happens. One CD-Rom is 32x and the other is 50x. Please advice. Thanks. Cherry Townley |
