18783 2001-09-14 01:27:00 I can not download web pages over the internet. I can load web pages saved on my HDD or from CDROM. I can get an internet connection and I can send faxes over the modem. I have set the security to low and checked the content advisor lets me view everything. I have tried reinstalling IE5.5 and have tried Netscape 6 with no success. I Have scanned for viruses. Anything else I should try? Guest (0)

18785 2001-09-14 03:32:00 What error message are you given?

Your ISP may need you to specify DNS, and PROXY server settings.
