| 19009 | 2001-09-19 01:31:00 | Hello Russell, I'm recording tapes, etc, to the computer and then to CDs' for the hardware, you need a lead to run from your line out on your stereo, to your line in on your computer. and for the CDS a CD writer. the program that comes with the CD writer, may allow you to record 'line in' if not, there are programs that can be downloaded two that spring to mind are musicmatch or mediajukebox. It can take a bit of time to get the best possible recording, because any nicks or scratches on your LPs tapes,etc, will be recorded or cause jumping. Although these problems can be overcome by configuration of programs and editing tools. good luck. Bob |
