| 18996 | 2001-09-18 10:43:00 | I have recently installed I.E.6 and Zone Alarm on the same day and both are working smoothly although this problem has started where Windows will not close down correctly and switch off but if I reset the computer it will then switch off. | 18998 | 2001-09-19 05:01:00 | I too had this problem with Zone Alarm it seemed to only be present on some machines running WIN 98SE. I tried Zone Alarm support and the shutdown patch to no avail. In the end I got rid of Zone Alarm. |
