| 19134 | 2001-09-20 12:46:00 | I am having trouble downloading ie6. message says a previous installation has pending work requiring a reboot. you need to start your computer to complete that installation before running internet explorer setup. setup will now close. I have rebooted the computer but it does not work how do I fix this problem |

| 19135 | 2001-09-21 08:37:00 | You may not have completed the instalation of 5.5 the first time, I would try running 5.5 setup again, run the custom option, and look to see all of the main components are checked. Even if you select a component you don't really need, this will cause setup to run again and probably pickup what was missed the first time.
