| 19086 | 2001-09-19 22:00:00 | Windows Explorer has just started causing me this problem. The folders view is missing. This always used to come up when I started WE, but now has gone. Strange I thought! I am running 98SE and have all the latest Microsoft Windows updates including IE 6, this problem came up about a week after I downloaded IE 6! The view menu, explorer bar shows folders as ticked but all I get is an empty space, the History one etc. work normally. Does anyone have a soloution to this or will I have to reinstall Windows Many Thanks |

I had exactly the same problem with IE6 Beta the best thing to do is go to control pannel, add remove programs, ie6, add/remove and then it will bring up a box with three options. Select the ie repair tool and let it do its job. Hopefully this should resolve your problem. |
